Title: K-12 Dean of Student Success - Sherman County School District
Classification: Licensed, Regular, Full-Time Position
Reports To: District Superintendent/Principal
Work Year: 190+ Days/Year
Salary Range: $40,238 – $65,753 This salary range does not include a generous
additional stipend and financial support to assist the candidate in
pursuing an administrative certificate.

Sherman County School is seeking a team-oriented Dean of Student Success to collaborate with the Superintendent/Principal and staff to carry out the school’s creative programs to support the positive culture of our school.

Located off of Hwy 97 in Moro, OR, the school is in the heart of wheat country and the Columbia River Gorge. Qualifications & Experience:
- Holds or qualifies to obtain a valid state teaching license from the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission in the State of Oregon.
- Interest in learning about and obtaining an administrative credential.
- Willingness to grow in professional knowledge and practice.
- Demonstration of a strong equity lens and knowledge of culturally responsive practices.
- Successful classroom teaching experience at either the elementary or secondary level.
Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required:
- Valid Oregon teaching license from the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission in the State of Oregon.
- Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance.
- Successful pass of district background and drug screening.
